Great location for beach access, average condo.
The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the beach, pool, and great views from the balcony. If I were to rate the condo based on a five star rating, I would rate it a three. Overall everything in the condo is out of date, but has all the necessities you would need for a family vacation. The beach accessories and beach wagon were perfect for a family of four. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you need. The laundry is located near the elevators with two washers and two dryers. You will need to spend a minimum of $10 to load your card, or access through an app on your phone. The check-in process was easy, minus the $50 fee the condo charge for an unknown reasons. The concierge at the check-in felt bothered by asking additional questions, for instance, what is the wrist band for that your putting on me? The parking spot was great, providing direct access to the condo freight elevator. The pool was great for the kids, spacious, and rarely busy. Outside of the beach and pool, there are few activities for young children close by. The area is very commercial without surf shops or areas to walk around. There is a nice park with playground directly in front of the condo with shade. Overall I would stay here again for the price. It's a good "home base" if your looking for a quick get away to access the beach and private pool. We stayed four nights and was the perfect amount of time for the area.
