This comfy house with its large rooms is just a 5 minutes walk to the sea. It will welcome you for your warm moments with family or friends.

The house is charming, cozy, decorated with care and very comfortable to relax and spend a good holiday.

THE HOUSE: On the ground floor, to your right as you enter, you can find the living room next to a fireplace–a nice corner to relax in whatever the weather is. On the left you will find the kitchen and dining, ideal for bringing everyone together for a hearty meal. On this same level, you will find a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The house is fully equipped for your comfort. The beds will be made and the towels provided for. Some basic elements in the kitchen will be available: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, and some basic eco-friendly household products.

Upstairs, you will find a very large master bedroom, a bathroom, and a second toilet. The 2 double bedrooms and a children’s bedroom are also on the same floor.

There is wifi in the house so you can share special moments of your vacation to friends and family as soon as it happens.

THE GARDEN: A large enclosed garden is available to you. In front of the house, there is a terrace area surrounded by greenery and a large expanse of lawn to play ball. Behind the house, you will find a veggie patch. If you love rhubarbs, then you will be pleased.

IN THE AREA: Kernezen is located in a quiet area, not far from the cove of Lost An Aod, where there is a magnificent view of the Île Vierge lighthouse. You can walk to Viviers Breton for some seafood and fish (open only in the mornings) and to Hoalen (local clothing brand) for some shopping and snacks.

For dining, it’s best to go to Lilia, which is about 5 minutes away. There, you can have some lunch and dinner facing the sea. Some of our recommendations are: Oyster bar, Crepe restaurant, and fresh fish and seafood.
