Safe and nice amenities. Pool is beautiful! Check in- although explained well on the virtual side- was not marked clearly on the building so it was confusing. Once in things were easier. Beds were a little hard but sheets were soft and clean. Bathrooms are large and were clean. The sound machines in the bedrooms were a great touch. Kitchen was clean and had a welcome snack bag waiting for us. The security on the building was above and beyond- we felt very safe. Our only complaint was that the carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced.

Better than a hotel!

The location was perfect for a mini family reunion- a lot of nice restaurants to choose from. The property was very secure and the check-in check-out process was very easy!

Overall had a great time in Arlington for the weekend. Our Kasa unit was clean and comfortable, very much what we needed and expected. However, the listing doesn't mention that this complex is primarily used for Univ Texas/Arlington student housing so that was a big surprise. It was summer break so most students weren't there yet because it was August, but by next month that would change. Having a unit on the six floor and finding out the elevator doesn't work and hasn't worked in a long time did not make us happy. Climbing six flights of stairs in 108 degree Texas heat was not pleasant. The building itself showed it's wear and tear and some lack of attention to maintenance, but Kasa doesn't own the building so we can't blame them for that. Our unit was mostly clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for relaxing in the heat. Location was good in Arlington with drinking and dining options nearby. Overall solid "B" grade.

Less than ideal accomodations and communication

I do understand that things happen but our reservation was changed 3 days before our arrival to a less than ideal suite for our family's needs. We had no other choice but to stay. We arrived and the pool was closed for the entirety of the trip. Then, when a fire alarm went off in the building at 8am, I received several emails and text messages saying that I would be fined if I didn't keep the noise down. Seems a little aggressive of an automated message. Maybe show some concern for your guests before making assumptions. Just not a great experience. I'm sure it's fine for most
