About this property

Light filled, spacious open plan kitchen, dining, living room with a woodburner, with french doors opening up to lawn garden all round the house, with apple trees and shade provided by a cherry and birch trees.. You will also find a toilet and office on the ground floor. Going up the wooden stairs to the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms, another toilet, and a large bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have views over the sprawling country side. Downstairs is the laundry room, with another modern shower, possibility to hang out wetsuits and surfboards in the garage. 2mins from the local supermarket, close to beaches (7kms), and walking/cycling paths at your doorstep. Fully refurbished in 2019 - 2021.

Gelungener Aufenthalt

Sehr netter Vermieter, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Tolles Haus und die Cozonhalbinsel als Landschaft sprechen für sich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Endroit très calme (très peu de circulation malgré la proximité d'une petite route). Proche de la chapelle Saint-Corentin dont on aperçoit le clocher émergeant des arbres depuis la salle de bain de l'étage. Jardin sans vis à vis, très agréable (table de pique-nique, fauteuils en bois, chants d'oiseaux). Maison fonctionnelle, spacieuse, décorée sobrement mais avec de la personnalité et de l'authenticité (j'ai particulièrement apprécié les tableaux). Accueil discret, très arrangeant et confiant, partage de bons produits.

Top Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung

An dieser Stelle zu aller erst einmal ein ganz ganz herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeber-Tim unseren „landlord & Greenkerper“ and his assistant Rod, Reiseführer und Versorger mit frischem Salat und Gemüse, Liz unserer hauseigenen Künstlerin und vermutlich Innenarchitektin und Alex unserem managing Direktor ;-) You guys did a marvelous job!!!! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und eingerichtet, so dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Kleinere Anfragen wie eine fehlende Rohrzange wurden innerhalb von Stunden erledigt. Zusätzlich zum Rasenmähen nach einer Woche erhielten wir wieder frisches Gemüse, Salat, eine Riesen Zucchini (sicherlich aus dem eigenen Garten) und frische Croissants... Was für ein Service! die Lage ist einfach perfekt: sehr ruhig gelegen umgeben von Weiden und Bauernhöfen und die hauseigene Kapelle ist keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Glück, eine Sonntagsmesse mit einer Taufe, Dudelsack Musik, Gästen in Trachten, miterleben zu dürfen… Ein unvergesslicher Moment. Der kleine Ort ist mit dem Wagen in nicht einmal 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hier ist ein top ausgestatteter Supermarkt mit frischem Obst Gemüse Fleisch frischen Fisch und einer Tankstelle. Mehr braucht man eigentlich nicht. Unser „Haus Strand“ war in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und lag unterhalb von Saint Nic. Ich könnte jetzt noch stundenlang weiter schwärmen aber seht es euch lieber selber an. Der nächste Urlaub steht schon fest und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen mit Tim und Rod/ gerne auch mit Liz und Alex…see you soon ;-) Best regards Laura, Ulrike & Franky

Calm winter days in Brittany

Thank you for warm welcome and great hospitality. Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen hier verlebt. Tim ist ein guter Gastgeber und für Fragen und Tipps jederzeit auch persönlich erreichbar. Das freistehende und von außen nicht einsehbare Haus bietet alles, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Offene Küche, verbunden mit hellem Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Holz für Kamin ist im Keller vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Straße nur wenig befahren. Einige landwirtschaftliche Betriebe (Viehhaltung) mit den üblichen „Nebenwirkunden“ befinden sich in der Nähe, die aber nicht weiter stören. Nur 2 KM entfernt befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt mit Tankstelle. Weitere Supermärkte innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten gut erreichbar. Die nächstgrößere Stadt Quimper ist in nur 30 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Tranquilidad

Es un lugar tranquilo cerca de muchos lugares de interes. Casa amplia y comoda. Propietarios muy amables. Lugar muy recomendable para pasar unos dias de relax y disfrutar de la costa bretona.
