THE LAYOUT
This SPACIOUS family property has all the luxuries of home to make your holiday feel as comfortable as possible! The condo is stocked with brand new, plush linens and towels. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and homely space, perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) and groups.
Please Note: There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
As you enter into the condo front door there is a large foyer to store all your skis/jackets/boots etc. On your second floor, up just one flight of stairs you have your main living space, the kitchen, living and dining are open concept and includes a half bathroom as well, perfect for entertaining. A TV with cable and hi-speed WIFI is available for your use. This TV has Netflix (must sign into your own accounts) capability as well! Log in to your own account and easily pick up from where you left off on your favorite shows. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to make a meal for the family. The sofa bed (queen) is located on this level. The fireplace in the living area creates the perfect ambiance for any family to gather around. There is a char broil BBQ on the patio as well to create delicious family favorites. Enjoy brightness all day from the large windows in the living space (as well as 2 private decks)!
When you go up the next flight of stairs, you will find all the bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. One room with two TWIN BEDS is perfect for kids (you can request to put them together for couples). The master bedroom with King bed and plush sheets also includes its own full en-suite with tub/shower combo, attractive for any couple to soak into- soothing your weary muscles after a full day on the mountain.
LAUNDRY
With your own personal laundry in the condo, including a washer and dryer on the upper level you can keep on top of all the mountain gear and have it fresh for the next day. Also perfect for families with children!
PARKING
You can park one vehicle in our designated, underground and secure spot for your stay. Visitor spots are located inside the gate and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The parking gate is 6 ft 6 inches in height
BIKE STORAGE
Yes, there is gated bike storage in the parkade, you will use your own lock to gain access. While this is a secure/locked facility it is shared with other guests.
HOT TUB
There is a communal hot tub in the Valhalla complex for guests to enjoy!
***We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied***
**Please note: Any stay over 10 night will result in a midstay cleaning fee of $150 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation**
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, a parking garage, secure bike storage, and the hot tub in the complex.

Nestaide Management is exercising all precautions possible for the safety of our guests. Here are some ways we've changed our hosting practices due to COVID-19:
✔ All of our rooms get thoroughly disinfected using a hospital-grade disinfectant.
✔ Cleaning with bleach and alike products to disinfect all bathrooms and kitchens
✔ Use a germicidal disinfectant for the following high-touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handle, TV remotes, and all light switches.
The comfort and safety of our guests are always a priority for us and we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure to make any modifications to our precautions as needed.
