"A Wave From It All" condo is right on the beach overlooking the stunning sand dunes and the waves from the gulf. This beautifully remodeled 2nd floor 3-bedroom 2 bath condo painted with festive colors will make you smile and brighten your stay in Port A! Start your day with beautiful sunrises and morning coffee and end your day with an evening beverage and often glorious sunsets from the full gulf view balcony. You will be "A Wave From It All" as you feel the sea breezes and hear the surf while watching the shorebirds, seagulls and pelicans as they fly by.

The beach is only minutes from your doorstep, just a short walk over one of our boardwalks. Here at Island Retreat Resort there are two good size pools, picnic tables and BBQ stations. Golf is available at the Palmilla Golf Course, just minutes away, designed by Arnold Palmer. Many, many boutiques, beach ware shops and numerous excellent restaurants are close by as well. Plus, fishing opportunities, dolphin watching and pirate boat trips are in abundance. Welcome to paradise all you beach and coastal lovers!

This updated condo has a fully equipped kitchen, counter and table seating that opens to the living area and full Gulf View balcony. Both bathrooms have tiled showers with dual shower heads, new vanities and fixtures. Flat screen TV's are in all bedrooms and living room. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom with full Gulf View and private bathroom. The middle bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin bed. All rooms have been recently refreshed with a lovely coastal feel.

Enjoy tennis, pickle ball or basketball on site!

Nice stay

This location was so perfect, close walk to the beach and pool. The house was great size and layout. The beds definitely need updating though. The bottom bunk beds and room with the queen and twin beds were rough to sleep in but we enjoyed the complex and our stay! This house was great for two families!

Great Stay By the Beach

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Walking distance to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

Would stay here again!!

Everything was as listed! The condo was very clean and location was very convenient! Check in and check out was a breeze! The beds are comfy and plenty of pillows throughout! Your patio view is beautiful you can see the ocean just over the sand dunes! There was a group of 6 including the children and we never once ran out of hot water showering one after the other! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

We have stayed in these condos twice now and loved it. Loved the location for beach access and only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The pools were clean and well kept. We used the bbq area near the pools and had a great time. Our unit was on the end, very private and it was well equipped and very comfortable. Loved that there was a door between the kitchen/living room and the hallway to the bedrooms & bathrooms. Made it easy to cook breakfast without waking the rest of the house. Will definitely stay here again.
