Gardens at Beachwalk is a beautiful residential complex of recent construction with well-maintained community facilities such as a large pool, clubhouse with gym and small library. The gated community is just minutes away from the nearest Publix, Target and a number of restaurants such as Rib City etc. The beach can be reached by bus, bicycle or car. The Sanibel Outlets are less than 10 minutes away by car. Golfers appreciate the proximity to the Shell Point Golf Club. But the many other places in the area make Beachwalk the ideal home for lovers of golf.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living space is divided into a dining area with open kitchen and a comfortable TV and reading area. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and high quality and equipped with all the utensils you need for a comfortable holiday.

Great stay - rebooked for next year!

Property management company, Florida Domicile, was great! Excellent communication and responsiveness to any issues or questions. The property was clean and homey - loved the pool area and friendliness of other residents. Already booked to come back next year!!!

Perfect Place

The Condo was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony and spent time sitting out there and reading. The pool was very close so that was a plus! The location excellent with many stores and restaurants nearby. We like to play Pickleball and found courts 8 minutes away!

Loved the location. Unit was great for two people. It would also be great for two couples. The only complaint was we struggled to contact anyone once there. The phone number provide had no voice mail and no one answered. We also could arrange our departure walk through.

The vacation I didn’t get to have

It was a very short stay I unexpectedly had to fly home for a medical procedure and then Covid set in and I was unable to come back and enjoy my beautiful spot I did love it there and was very sad when I could not get back
