**** Wonderful Space for a Family Vacation ****
Bright and sunny oversized split-level ranch features 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This home is situated in a quiet family friendly neighborhood making it absolutely perfect for families and extended families looking to make new memories while relaxing in the salty air, soaking up the sun and swimming.

Small beach at the end of the street (.2 miles) is great to swim at high tide or to watch the sunset. Hen Cove beach (.8 walk) is great if you want to spend a long day in the sand.

This home is a split-level ranch. Entering the home, you are greeted with 7 steps going up to the main level and 7 steps going down to the lower level. The main level features a large open concept kitchen, living room, sitting area and dining area. The sliding glass door leads out to a large deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. An awning has been added to provide shade from the sunny days. There are steps from the deck that lead to the yard and the outdoor shower. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level (one of which is an ensuite). The lower level has a cozy den, laundry area, 3 bedrooms and a full bath. There is access to the garage from the den.

• Guests have access to the whole property except a locked owners closet locked in the lower-level den. The home has keyless entry, and the access code will be provided the day of check-in. There is parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway. There is NO on- street parking allowed. Cars may be towed at owners expense.

Other things to note
• No special attention has been made to child proofing. There are steps up to the main level and lower level of the home. The yard is not fully fenced.

• Boat launch is located on Circuit Ave. No boat launch access in the neighborhood. Beach dock is for drop-off and pick-up with a ten minute maximum docking. No overnight docking allowed.

• House is close to many restaurants, including Chart Room, The Courtyard, or Corner Café. House is 7 miles from Gallo Ice Rink.

• Many trails nearby including Tidal Flats, Bourne Conservation Trust, and the Shining Sea bike path.

• Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Large home with space for everyone in beautiful Pocasset!

Super clean home. 6 bedrooms 3 up and 3 down. My adult children loved the accommodations and complimented me on choosing this great home! 3 baths. Great deck out back and everyone loved the outdoor shower. We hope to rent here again! Thank you for this great place to call home for 4 nights.

Fantastic getaway!

Our family had an amazing stay! The house was impeccably clean and accommodations were better than expected. There is so much room in the house! The space is well utilized and with all the seating options, our 8 kids enjoyed being able to spread out, especially outside. The pictures on the listing just don’t do it justice. Some minor things to note: The master bathroom (especially the shower) is a bit of a tight squeeze, but still functional. And the storm door at the front of the house was SO loud and squeaky. Nothing a little WD-40 couldn’t fix though. The neighbourhood is just lovely! Very quiet and picturesque. We loved walking to the beach at the end of the road. The sunsets were stunning. We absolutely look forward to coming back here the next time we visit The Cape.

Great House for Group Getaway!

This was our first friends trip bringing all the kiddos and this house was exactly what we were looking for! The number of bedrooms and multi-level living spaces accommodated our group perfectly. The proximity to the neighborhood beach was just what we wanted. I can't say enough great things about the cleanliness and state of the house. It had everything we could possibly need for an extended stay on the Cape. We are absolutely interested in staying here again next year!
