Cozy and bright 3BR/2BA Cape style home just a stroll to private association beach on Cape Cod Bay. Features open living/kitchen, and dining area. Spacious grounds with private setting. Available to rent weekly and for shorter stays during the off-season. Available for 3 Night Minimum (June and September stays of less than a full week must fall within the same week between Saturday and Saturday) + $200/cleaning fee.

Non-refundable $295 Administrative Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package provided for 7 upon request at an additional cost of $226.00.

Cancellation Policy:

If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Nice cozy cottage, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage during the last week of August. The house was clean, with an excellent location—just a 5 minute walk to the private beach, and a 10 minute walk to some great restaurants. Note that the AC consists of a couple of window units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. This was mostly fine, but the other bedrooms got a bit stuffy at night. Also I called into the management company regarding the availability of chairs and beach equipment. I was told there were no chairs at the property; however, there were chairs and other beach equipment available.

Cozy house in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Chapel Lane. Short walk to association beach, walk to TJ's in the evening for an ice cream, we even walked to the General Store. Foster Road and Point of Rocks area are the best part of Brewster. Loved walking the flats (out over a mile). We even participated in the July 4th neighborhood parade. Area in the backyard to hang out after the beach. Nice outside shower.

Loved this Cape Cod Retreat

This adorable, nicely decorated cottage is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood and is less than a ten-minute walk from the Cape Cod Bay. It is in Brewster, close to everything - grocery store, lobster pound, good restaurants, and within a 30-minute drive to just about any place on the Cape. Large, partially fenced backyard with woods providing privacy is perfect for relaxing, eating out, and play area for kids. Highly recommend this property.

Quiet, relaxing, and comfortable home

This was a lovely place to stay. It was near the private beach and had all the amenities you would desire including a beautiful and private yard. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great home base while exploring Cape Cod and also had several wonderful nearby restaurants.
