🌟 ECHO LANDING - SKI IN/OUT with private hot tub and private heated garage


New 2 bedroom end unit located in the east village w/hot tub on a private covered deck surrounded by beautiful mountain views.

Level entry with a heated garage plus an additional parking spot in the driveway.

Luxurious gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large fridge has a built in ice maker. Heated tile floors, gas fireplace, and in-suite laundry.

Spacious master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Second bedroom has a single over queen bunk bed with the second bathroom adjacent to it.

Ski out via parking lot 5 across the street to access to both Morissey Express and Orient Express lifts, and ski back to the door via the East Village Ski Way. Shuttle bus service is also available at regular intervals during the day/evening for free throughout the village.

All this and just a 10 minute walk down to the Village.

What a fabulous place!!

This place is super comfortable and has everything you could need and more! Location to ski in/out is ideal and built in humidifier a bonus!! We will Definitely be back!!

Great place!

We had a great time during our 3 day stay. The kitchen was amazingly stocked which was much appreciated. The place was super clean and even nicer than tbe photos. I especially appreciated how quickly the owner responded to help us figure out how change temperature of the hot tub which we used every day!

Fabulous ski holiday!

The condo was lovely, which made for a perfect annual ski trip. Everything was at our fingertips. The hot tub was beautifully maintained. Such a fab stay. Thanks Michelle!

Very tastefully decorated

Townhouse was very clean and so well equipped with more than just essentials. Loved the decor. Very homey. Everything in top notch working order. Eould definately come back next season.

Nice place, clean and equipped

We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the bike trails. Place was clean and had everything we needed (maybe another fan in the summer heat would help) and hard to find much to complain about really. The BBQ worked excellent and the TV's were huge and the fridge was even clean. Will come back soon we hope.

This condo was so wonderful and the proximity to ski in ski out was ridiculously close. If it wasn’t so warm we could have skies right into the garage

A lovely condo unit which is equipped really well. It was great to be able to truly ski in (you can genuinely ski right to the door …). Great comms from Michelle - really easy to book and throughout our stay Michelle was very helpful. We hope to be back next year.

Ski in, ski out

If you're looking for a ski-in / ski-out experience, this is a great option. Groceries will require driving, but otherwise, your stay can be car-free. Which is a huge win! Note, if anyone in your party has hairdye, bring your own towels.

Great Place!

This property is terrific. Best in all our 20 years of coming to Sun Peaks. Kitchen is fully outfitted. The unit was clean and located to include great views of both ski hills from the hot tub. The heated garage with organizing hanging system was perfect for all ski gear and clothing to dry each night. Michelle was very responsive and helpful in alerting us to ticket deals. Ski in and out was literally at our door. Love love love 37!

Beautiful unit!

A great place to stay! It really has everything you could possibly need. It was perfect for our family stay. We really enjoyed all the games. The only negative for us was the unit above us was very loud our first night which made it hard for us to sleep. No fault of the unit itself though. I would agree with previous reviews it is even nicer then the pictures. :)

Sun Peaks Winter Weekend

The stay at this residence was perfect. Home layout was very efficient. Easy to unload from the garage into the house. The unpacking and packing up took no time at all. Everything we needed was in the house and easy to find. Hot tub was awesome. Lots of lights and jets. Skied down to the lift and back. Close enough to get downtown if we wanted to.

Great spot. Access out was not as convenient but ok. Had everything we needed except extra pillow cases. Was warm and the humidifier was an awesome addition. Could have used some salt and a few herbs but otherwise great. Loved the games and puzzles too.

Awesome Third Stay!

This was our third stay at Michelle's property and it won't be our last! Definitely the best we have stayed in at Sun Peaks. Still looks and feels brand new with everything you need for an amazing ski vacation. Perfect location with ski in/out right to your front door. Very clean and well stocked. Michelle is an amazing host - always available for your every need. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
