About this property

The new guest house is situated on a slope above a 500 years old mill on the river Mangiola and offers a wonderful view of the Apennines.
The environment is also ideal for hiking and mushroom picking. The sea is about 35 minutes away.
The Lunigiana itself is known for its many castles and lakes and its National Park. The Castle Museum of Pontremoli (10 km) has a unique collection in the world steles from the Bronze Age.

Wer Erholung vom Alltagstrubel sucht ist hier genau richtig

Wir haben schöne Ferien in diesem kleinen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, in Ortsrandlage von Mulazzo etwas oberhalb der dazugehörigen Mühle des Vermieters.Gut zu erreichen über einen kurzen Privatweg. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. EinSchauspiel wenn man Morgens erwacht und vom Bett aus das Erwachen der Natur erleben kann. Sehr hilfreich sind zahlreiche Tipps der Vermieteri, die man problemlos und jederzeit kontaktieren kann. Der einzige Negativaspekt war, das die Vermieter nicht immer vor Ort sind und somit das Reinigungspersonal nicht ständig kontrollieren können. Hier mussten wir etwas nachbessern. In einem freundlichen und persönlichen Gespräch mit dem Vermieterehepaar Wörtmann, konnte aber auch darauf hingewiesen werden. Wir würden trotzdem wieder hingehen, das Haus ist schlicht aber ausreichend gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Gegend ist einfach herrlich. Die Lage in Ortsrandlage garantiert eine Ruhe, wie man sie sonst kaum erwartet hätte. Man sollte wissen, dass der Zugang zum Haus über mehrere Treppenstufen führt, womit sich die Unterkunft für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen weniger eignet. Danke, für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ein wirklich wunderschöner platz

Vom Bett und überhaupt schaut man über das Tal auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Die Mühle liegt gleich unterhalb des schönen Dorfes Mulazzo. Radfahren, wandern, … und auch zur Küste in die Cinque Terre geht es problemlos. Familie Wortmann sind ausgesprochen symphatische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Als ich ein Problem mit meinem Fahrrad hatte, haben sie von Hamburg aus, da sie nicht vor Ort waren, für mich einen Transport organisiert!

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Toskana.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen. Es war alles da, was man braucht, liebevoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick vom Balkon war der absolute Traum. Jeden Abend haben wir auf dem Balkon verbracht und den Sternenhimmel bestaunt. Auch die eigene Terrasse am Häuschen war begeisternd. Genuss und Entspannung pur! Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist total nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Von La Spezia aus erreicht man ganz unkompliziert mit dem Zug die „Cinque Terre“, bezaubernde Dörfchen an der Küste, die in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert sind. Alles in allem war es ein Urlaub, der uns alles gegeben hat, was wir gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank dafür!
