THE SETTING AND THE ATMOSPHERE
Marinella is a charming two room apartment, ideal for a couple or a small family with two children. Located at 400 meters from the beach of Marinella in Anglet, this apartment has just been renovated in order to welcome its tenants in the greatest comfort.

THE APARTMENT
MARINELLA is composed of a living room entirely opened on the terrace and the garden corner. This beautiful living room is composed of a comfortable lounge area with TV and a fully equipped functional kitchen. You will be able to have lunch around the kitchen bar, or choose to sit around the large table on the terrace.

THE ROOMS
The night part is composed of a large double bedroom, with shower room and dressing room. Note also that the sofa in the living room is a convertible sofa that can accommodate two additional children during your stay.

PRACTICE:
A private and assigned parking space is included with the apartment. You will be able to park your vehicle safely within the residence.
MARINELLA is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience.

WHAT WE LOVE
Although the location of the MARINELLA apartment is one of its strong points, its superb terrace with sea view remains a major asset! In order to make the most of its terrace and garden, the apartment is equipped with an electric plancha. For the surfers, and the returns of beaches, an external shower is at your disposal.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in a quiet and family residence, MARINELLA is ideally situated to discover Anglet and the Basque Coast for a weekend, or for vacations for the luckiest ones. Count me 5 minutes on foot to reach the beaches of Anglet as well as its seafront restaurants.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
