Enjoy oceanfront living in our 2 bedroom/2 baths condo at the beautiful Hutchinson Island. With a minimum of 3 months rental, you'll have access to all the amenities in the condominium which include 2 pools, private beach access and more!

Wake up to a stunning direct view of the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee in our covered balcony. The apartment is fully furnished with a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and blackout curtains for a comfortable night of sleep. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, a spacious dresser with a matching mirror and a ceiling fan. The door of the second bedroom faces the second bath which includes a bathtub with whirlpool jets for a relaxing experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster over, dishwasher and even an instant espresso machine for the coffee lovers! Enjoy movie nights in the living room on our 65" Flat Screen TV with cable, HBO and Netflix. The apartment also has free WiFi with a private password.

The condominium is a gated property with extremely loving and friendly residents. This is a place where people are very active outside and truly enjoy the beach lifestyle. Other amenities include a game room and well equipped gym/exercise room. It's perfectly very well located with nearby restaurants and only a few miles from the grocery store.
