This property is a guest home on the corner of a 40 acre estate with a beautiful park like setting surrounded by trees. Beyond the backyard tree line are 2 large ponds, a large open space, wooded trails and local wildlife. These special amenities are available, weather permitting, upon request with owner's approval and a signed understanding of restrictions and release of liability.
