About this property

Amazing rustic charming cabin on wooded hillside near downtown Ruidoso with spacious private yard and new 6 person hot tub to enjoy indoor and outdoor living with great backyard views. Our front yard view is the 12th hole of the Cree Meadows Public Golf Course. This 2 bedroom with 11/2 bath cabin was built in 1941 and has been upgraded nicely. Alongside the two beds in the rooms, the couch folds out to a queen size bed. Close to many restaurants. This is Ruidoso living at its best. Must be 25 years old to rent. Pets not allowed.

Very Pleasant

It is nicely furnished. The backyard is fenced in. The hot tub was amazing and worked very well. We enjoyed eating out on the patio. Everything was very clean and in order. Heating and air works great. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The cabin is in a great location and not too far from the downtown area. We took several walks in the area there around the golf course. Very pleasant and quiet.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cabin is in perfect location. Shopping mall and restaurants are just 5 min away. Also enjoyed parting and feeding the deer. I recommend this cabin!

Nice but…

There was only an window AC units in one bedroom in the back and in the dining area at the front of the house. We couldn’t use the hot tub the first night because the lock code was wrong on the check in email and neither contact persons answered us and only one the next day. It was disappointing as that was one of the main draws.

Nice cozy getaway

Very nice place, had fun. Sharper knives, or a knife sharpener would have been nice, but had a blast anyway.

We have been meeting family in Ruidoso for years in the summer to escape the heat and winter for the amazing skiing. We have been looking to buy a cabin for years but never came across the right place until we found our 1941 cabin. My wife walked in and fell in love with this place. It has beautiful wood walls, cute decor, and amazing outdoor space We made an offer that day.
