Enjoy your stay at the Ranchero Home in Monument CO. This clean 2500 sqft home accommodates comfortably up to 10 guests. The Santa Fe Trail can be accessed within 5 walking minutes from the house. Centrally located, yet in a quiet neighborhood makes your Colorado visit unforgettable.

The main floor offers room for everyone with a breakfast nook, dining room, open kitchen, office, formal living room, and a spacious family room with a fireplace. All the bedrooms are on the upper level with a master bed/bath and a second bathroom accessible from the hallway. The 2 car garage is available for our guests, so you can have peace of mind during those few Colorado hail storms. This house is just one exit (10 min) away from the Air Force Academy.

Ideal and well located

We had a terrific stay! The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard and sitting area very nice and private. The kitchen was well appointed. House is very clean and comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding up in Castle Rock. I would definitely stay here again and recommend highly. It's particularly well suited for families with ample space.

Clean, spacious house in quiet, convenient neighborhood

8 of us came to Colorado Springs for a week. Few locations were large enough for our group and still affordable. This place, located in Monument, for the bill perfectly. Plenty of beds and bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, but very close to shopping and restaurants, easy access to the Highway to get into Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Kathryn has everything needed for the stay, beds were comfortable, water was hot, kitchen appliances were great… Great find, great stay!

Excellent Stay

This house is in a great location to get around Monument and Colorado Springs. Beautiful location with Mountain views . The property is very spacious and well stocked, as clearly the host has thought about everything! Very clean and comfortably furnished. Use of the garage is also great! Check in was easy with the technology and instructions are clear and posted. Could not have asked for a better option for what we needed. Thanks!

Lovely comfortable home

So many amenities, easy check in and check out. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was prompt, polite and personable. Would 100% stay here again if we were to visit the area again!

In 8 years of renting best yet. Great location

Kathi did a great job setting us up with places to eat. All 8 guys said this was the best house in 8 years we will definitely be back thanks again kathi for your hospitality
