Highly disappointed

My experience was awful in actuality. This place I booked was not the place I received. For one, the host took forever to respond to my message. When she did, I was given the story that her secretary made the error and I was given draxhall polo club villa instead of ferncourt apt. The place was ok except, wifi didn't work in master bedroom, the bed in 2nd bedroom sunked and had a hole. The bathroom drain in 2nd bedroom was clogged.The third bedroom TV had no outlet next to it on the wall. The fridge smelled liked death and was barely cool. The place was not ready for renters. I couldn't cancel my reservation because it was prime season during my vacation and had no choice but to keep it. I'm so disappointed to say the least.
