Less than a mile from the village at Northstar offering world class mountain sports, shopping, restaurants and entertainment, you will find your piece of mountain paradise down a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac lane. The Northstar homeowners shuttle is at your service to pick you up from your doorstep and deliver you to the village, the homeowners recreation center, the golf club, or child care center. This home features a well stocked kitchen, bar, surround sound, high speed internet, 4 flat screen TV's- each set with free Amazon prime and Disney plus. Relax on the grand deck nestled in the trees, soak in the 5 person jetted tub, or hangout in the lofted great room with a wood burning fireplace, and formal dining seating for 8. There is a guest use gear storage locker, slate floors and central heat and air conditioning for your year round comfort and enjoyment!

A master bedroom with a private bath is located on the main level with an additional powder room located off the main living space. The main level also has a chef's kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, Espresso machine, granite counters, eat-in breakfast bar, dishwasher, coffee maker, trash compacter, Crock-Pot, spices, and plenty of updated cooking essentials, dishware & flatware. The lower level is complete with a laundry room with new large capacity appliances, a double sink full bath with tub/shower combo, and two additional large bedrooms: one additional king bedroom with pack and play, and a large kids bunk/play room with two twin over double bunk beds, an activity table and plenty of kids media, toys and board games!

Included with your rental are guest cards providing access to the Northstar Property Owners Association amenities. Guest access fees are currently $10 per person per day (credit card only).

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:

1. Driveway has an slight upslope which could be considered steep. 4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended during the winter months.

2. As a result of Covid-19, public, private, or HOA amenities may be limited, or may not available at all. No refunds or adjustments in the terms of this Agreement will be made based on changes to public or private amenities as such policies or decisions are not within owner's control.

10 minutes away is a full service store, several restaurants with take-out/delivery options. 15 minutes to downtown Truckee. It is 20 minutes to Lake Tahoe.
