Situated in the heart of the Alps, in the Sybelles region, Saint Jean d'Arves offers breathtaking and beautiful landscapes which benefit from an exceptional climate. Saint Jean d'Arves combines the charm of a traditional village with the enjoyment of winter sports. The location is renowned for its pure air and its calm and relaxing atmosphere. The mountain walks and excursions will allow you to discover the alpine scenery. Saint Jean d'Arves is located at the foot of the ski slopes. La Fontaine du Roi is a Three Star holiday residence which is comprised of eight traditional south facing chalets, each with ten to fifteen apartments to accommodate between four and twelve people. The facilities include parking and television. On site there is a restaurant, a minimarket, and a bakery. Additionally the resort boasts an indoor heated swimming pool(12m x 6m) exclusively for guests. There is a lounge with bar and fireplace plus a choice of two saunas. Near the chalets are shops with adequate parking. Surface area : about 52-54 m². Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with 2 pull-out beds. Cabin with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with oven / microwave, dishwasher, 4 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Shower room with shower. Separated WC. Balcony OR Terrace. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Pas au niveau.
Très déçu par le logement. Entre la propreté du logement quand nous sommes arrivés, les mensonges sur l'annonce(Cabine avec 2*2 lits superposés, alors que c'est un couloir avec un seul bloc de lit superposés), le niveau d'équipement catastrophique (cafetiere, lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnent pas ou l'absence d'aspirateur), la qualité des prestations de l'appartement (sol gondolé, rouille sur les radiateurs, tringle pour étendre ses manteaux à la limite de la casse, evacuation d'une des SdB non fonctionnelle) ou de la résidence (pas de wifi comme précisé, piscine très sale, sauna qui ne fonctionne pas)... A ce prix là, c'est un scandale. Une fois ces désagréments passés, nous avons quand mm profité d'une station certes un peu loin du domaine skiable "intéressant" (La Toussuire, Saint Sorlin), mais agréable, familiale etc...
