Well maintained and comfortable house set in enclosed wooded grounds, very good residential area between the marina and jetty in Cap Ferret.
Large living room with sofa, fireplace, TV, dining room and glass-enclosed veranda with dining area, which opens to the surrounding terrace. Separate, fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with double beds 1.40 m and one bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet.
Garden furniture, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. Supplementary toilet outside. Quiet residential area in the district of La Vigne.
The property is next to the forest and fire break, access to the ocean beach starts right at the garden gate. Bay 300 m.

beautiful house in Cap ferret!

Loved this house! The veranda is beautiful with peaceful forest view. As well, we were happy to have a new modern kitchen. We highly recommend this House.
