Quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay in the Phoenix area with 3 of our adult kids. The house was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels and other necessities. My kids had fun on the putting green. The neighborhood was quiet and nice with fairly quick access to everywhere we needed to go. I’d stay there again. My only complaint was the outdoor chaise loungers were all in bad shape and need to be replaced as they are all basically unusable.

Beautiful Property

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a great family experience having such a beautiful home away from home to come back to after our daily excursions. This property is located in a clean and safe area; you can tell this by the upkeep of the properties around this one. The property management company [AvantStay] was awesome to work with. They addressed each and every question we had in a quick and efficient manner. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again upon a return to Scottsdale, AZ. Thanks!

Family trip

Our first words when we walked in this house were “wow!” This house exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults. We spent time by the pool, BBQ’d for supper, and spent quality time playing pool against each other. My kids went for a walk or run every morning and were always greeted by the neighbors. The area is perfect. We will be back!

Spacious Family House

Home was as advertised. Backyard was the selling point of this home with a clean, heated pool, grill, putting green, and plenty of outdoor seating. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dish and cookware. Living room furniture was dated and not in the best condition. Sofas were comfortable but worn. Overall very comfortable with a few updates needed.

Comfortable home for extended stay

We stayed at the house for a few weeks while our home was being renovated. It was a very comfortable home in a nice neighborhood that is conveniently located. It was nice to be able to bring our pets with us. The backyard was great; I bet people traveling from cooler temperatures would have taken full advantage of the pool and backyard fun. We enjoyed playing pool. We had everything we needed and the property management team was very responsive. For instance, one of the propane tanks for the grill had a leak and they came and switched it out within an hour. There were a few minor things that could be done to take the property to the next level, but overall we were very satisfied, comfortable and felt at home.
