Site # 1612 Snapper Lane - Beautifully decorated with the theme of 'Margaritaville'. It is very colorful, it makes you smile just being there. The house is privately owned and well kept.

Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped. Extra large refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker. All utensils, cookware. plates and etc. are supplied. Breakfast bar which sits 2 and a dining table for 4. The upstairs deck includes a table for 4, umbrella and 2 extra chairs. We added chairs for lounging, a table for 4 with umbrella and also a picnic table underneath.

Beds/Bath: Sleeps 4 to 6 people. One queen size bed and 2 twin beds that cab pushed together for a king. Both with giant closets. 2 full baths. One queen size sleeper sofa. TVs in every room.

EXCELLENT STAY JAN./FEB. 2023

Just got back from a 2 month stay at the "Sunshine House". Everything was perfect from check in / communication with Rhonda to leaving yesterday. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the beach / golf cart worked perfectly getting around the park and going to the beach which was just a few minute ride away.
