I invite you to my charming apartment of 65 square meters, perfect for up to 4 persons. It is conveniently located in a new residence downtown Briançon, on the 4th and last floor with an elevator. The fantastic feature of this apartment is a large wraparound terrace with a superb VIEW of the green mountains in summer and snowy cliffs in winter.

## Logement
My apartment is nicely decorated and is perfect for your stay. It has 2 bedrooms: the main bedroom with 1 double bed and the second one with 1 bunk bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice cozy living room.
You will particularly appreciate the beautiful and large TERRACE, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and old town.
Parking, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, oven, raclette machine, a hairdryer, TV - will be at your disposal and convenience.
Before the arrival of the guests, the apartment is professionally cleaned.
Parking information: The underground parking lot is not suitable for large vehicles, but it's easy to park large cars nearby, as there are free parking lots close to the cinema, which is 20m from the residence.
The apartment's central location is ideal: you will be at a 10 minutes walking distance from the Prorel cable car, allowing access to Briançon’s skiing resort slopes, and to the other skiing resorts of Serre Chevalier valley. You can fully enjoy other winter activities such as country and mountain skiing, ice skating, ice climbing, snowshoeing...
In summer time, Briançon is a sportsman's paradise, offering a wide range of outdoor and sporting activities such as hiking, mountaineering, bouldering, via Ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding…
During your stay, you can visit the historical old town of Briançon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (15 minutes walk), or the Schappe Park where you can spend some time at the "Grimp In Forest" amusement park (10 minutes walk).
You can find restaurants, bakeries, ski shops, boutiques, pharmacies or cinema within walking distance from the apartment.
For supermarkets, you will have plenty of options, such as Carrefour city, Leclerc or the Grande Boucle shopping centre, all between 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.
Plus, twice a week (Wednesday and Sunday), there is a fresh market with vendors from the surroundings next door.

## Emplacement
A land of passage, at the crossroads of five Alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphiné town, the seat of important fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the town of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical position. The radiating structure of these valleys offered the town very early on relatively easy external access: to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy. This dense network of communications has long made Briançon appear to be a land of passage, an important crossroads in the heart of the Alps, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures. Easily accessible from the resort of Serre-Chevalier, you can enter the highest fortified town in Europe through the Pignerol gate, at an altitude of 1,326m, and be welcomed by the Heritage Department, which offers a variety of guided tours at 3pm every day, led by guides-lecturers approved by the Ministry of Culture, in French, English and Italian (German and Spanish for groups).
