Bien placée mais état passable

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec des amis dans cette location. L’endroit est idéal proche des commerces et de la plage, tout se fait a pied. L’état de la maison laisse à désirer : porte d’entrée difficile a ouvrir et à fermer. Portes des chambres qui ne ferment pas (donc peu d’intimité…). Poignet de porte des toilettes cassée, et encore d’autres malfaçons… Nous avons aussi eu la surprise de voir que notre jardin était aussi le passage de 2 autres maisons sur le même terrain (cette info n’était pas précisée dans l’annonce). Un séjour agréable néanmoins, mais la qualité du bien n’est pas au rdv du prix.
