The 7th tee of Crooked Oaks provides the backdrop for this beautiful home located just a short bike ride from the Lake House, Palmetto Lake, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village. Completely updated, this exceptional home is full of Coastal charm just waiting for you to gather with family and friends for some Seabrook Island fun. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths this spacious home sleeps up to 14 including the 2 trundle beds. A large great room provides ample seating with HDTV and French doors leading to the open deck with beautiful views of Crooked Oaks golf course. The master bedroom suite is off the great room with king bed and en suite bath. The bright kitchen has plenty of room for gathering around the center island with bar stool seating for 3 and dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen opens to the bonus sunroom which is the perfect place to relax and watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted HDTV. The sunroom has access to the amazing screened porch. Complete with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, dining table with seating for 6 and swing bed, the screened porch gives a whole new meaning to outdoor living. Step out of the porch and onto the open deck where you'll find more tables and chairs for al fresco dining and a propane grill. Enjoy watching the golfers tee off from the 7th tee box.

Back inside, two guest bedrooms, (one with a king bed and the other a queen), a full bathroom, a powder room and laundry room complete the first floor. Two additional guest bedrooms are upstairs. The first room has a king bed with 2 twin singles. The second room has 1 set of twin bunk beds with a trundle as well as 1 twin single bed with trundle. Both upstairs bedrooms share a large hall access bath with double vanity.

This home is located close to the bike/walking path that would take you to Bohicket Marina and on into Freshfields shopping village. This location is also a short distance to the lake house, tennis/pickleball courts and equestrian center. When you're ready to hit the beach you are just a short bike or car ride away from access to North Beach at Boardwalk 1 or Pelican Beach at Boardwalk 9. Have fun exploring all of the unique qualities that make Seabrook Island so special, including 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

This home welcomes up to (1) pet. Additional pet fees apply.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Tremendous value with fully stocked kitchen and many sleep options

We gathered with/chaperoned group of recently graduated guys and were thrilled to find comfortable and spacious spots to sit and talk. The screened in porch was huge and the fav spot. A bike ride to access 3a was a mere 5-6 minutes.

Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for our a little children and adults. Loved the outside screened porch. We spent several morning with the kids out there before others woke up, listening to nature. There was always plenty to do with the children. Plus the house was literally located between the two pools. We had a great time.

Family Vacation

The house is quiet and beautiful. Everything was as described on the website. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of amenities and kitchen supplies. The back porch is the best part of the house. Every night was spent playing games and hanging out together.

Very nice house with large comfortable screened in porch. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Nice view of golf course. 5 bikes with rental allowed for enjoyable rides on the beach.

great location, good space for large families

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It says several spaces where a large family can be together or retreat for privacy. The house location is nice as well as it is close to the recreation center which we biked to daily. The best feature was the lovely, serene screened-in porch where you can unwind and enjoy the view of beautiful backyard and golf course. Would definitely recommend this place.
