You are a 7-minute walk from the centre of Les Mathes!

Take a seat in its bright living room for a convivial moment around an aperitif, a meal or simply a moment of relaxation.
Craft up some great dishes! Its open kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer section... and a dishwasher so you don't have to do the dishes by hand!

At nightfall, it's time to go to sleep? Two bedrooms with 1 bed of 140cm each and a cupboard.
A bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.

A washing machine is at your disposal in the cellar.

Très belle maison avec toutes les commodités. Idéale pour famille. Peut être un peu loin des plages à pieds si pas de vélo ou véhicule. Magnifique région avec beaucoup d'endroits à visiter.

Bonne adresse dans un lotissement récent proche du centre-bourg

Une propriété bien située et spacieuse avec 2 petits défauts cependant: la connectivité est inexistante (avec de surcroît un réseau 4G municipal sous-dimensionné rapport à la fréquentation) + les lits mériteraient des matelas plus confortables (trop fermes actuellement).
