Brilliant location and the chalet was a great space for our group of 15. Unfortunately we arrived to a chalet that hadn’t been cleaned properly and we were not satisfied with the response from the local agency managing the property or the owners. The carpets, floors, skirting boards etc were all very dusty as though they hadn’t been cleaned for months and many of the pillows and duvets were heavily stained. We were given a free end of stay clean (though paying for end of stay cleaning is optional) but that didn’t compensate us for the half a day we spent cleaning the chalet when we arrived - not how we wanted to start our family holiday to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The chalet also needs some basic maintenance, for example blinds weren’t working or were missing in the loft rooms, shower doors not hanging properly, light covers missing, broken arm of sofa.
