The railway station built in 1908 is located between Rostock, Warnemünde and Stralsund, on the southern edge of the Rostock Heath, the remaining part of a jungle that once ranged from the Netherlands to Pomerania. The long sandy beaches of Markgrafenheide and Graal-Müritz can be reached in 10 minutes by car or in 30 minutes by bike. A wide network of bike paths runs through the entire area, passing bogs, small lakes, streams and reed areas.
Our apartment II takes the entire 2. Upper floor of the old railway station.
It is over 45m ² and suitable for 3 people.
You will sleep in a two-by-two-meter double bed in a niche and in a spacious sofa bed with a 0.90 x 2.00 m large bed.
The living room has a comfortable couch, a woodburning stove, an LCD TV and a DVD player with home cinema system.
The fully equipped kitchen in a large dining room has a dishwasher, an oven with ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a fridge. V. M. At a bar you can comfortably take your food.
Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom with a large window, spacious shower and a small hallway.
A travel cot and a highchair are available.
Roof Rooms:
Guests of our apartment II can rent the 7 m² attic room additionally. It is located one floor above the apartment, has its own entrance and offers another person a place to sleep.
In the courtyard and in the garden you will find a ping-pong table, wood for your fireplace, seating and a barbecue.
The apartment has two 28er bikes and if you want, you can get a children's bike.
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartment and that it is a Non smoking apartment.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
