About this property

Welcome to our Sunsuite on beautiful Fripp Island. This is a first floor Studio efficiency unit, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. This newly renovated suite, offers a queen size bed and two bunk beds for the kiddos. The beautiful decorations offer a relaxing beach atmosphere. The unit includes a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Along with a well equipped kitchen for cooking. dishes and utensils needed for a comfortable stay. A Keurig coffee to help get you started in the morning.

The unit has a flat screen TV, for your relaxation at the end of your busy day. We offer fresh linens and towels. There is a laundry room for your convenience on the second floor, also an ice machine is available for your use.

We DO NOT offer amenity cards with this rental. Fripp Island offers one of the best beaches in South Carolina, and you are only steps away. While you are on Fripp, you are a short drive away to the lighthouse on Hunting Island .

We hope that you will visit us at Fripp Island for a relaxing stay on a beautiful barrier island and enjoy the beauty of the island has to offer.

Great stay choice for a couple getting to know Fripp

This is a really nice efficiency. Very clean, right next to the parking lot, a couple of minutes to walk on the beach. There is a full fridge and stove, kitchen is stocked and we made most meals. The welcome packet was very helpful as well, explained the amenity cards and the area, suggested several options for food and shopping, etc. The beach is quiet like back several years. Just driving the island is quite beautiful and plenty of wildlife. We hung with deer and a couple of large gators. Great communication when I had a couple of easy questions. Sunrise just up the way at Hunting Island was incredible.

Fripp Island getaway

This was just what we wanted... a simple but comfortable room near Geechee/Gullah country with the beach not far away ( 3 minute walk to the sand ) Walkable community with lots to see. And not far from Hunter Island, a nature preserve.

Work & relax

Two sisters working on a project & still we were able to enjoy local restaurants and a carriage tour in Beaufort. Room size was perfect. Enjoyed breakfast in our room before heading out each day.

Great location with close parking

Nice property as listed. Had a little difficulty opening the key lock box. As I was speaking with the owner, the issue resolved itself. Would highly recommend.

I lived on Fripp Island for twenty years and a property manager for eight years. I want people to experience the beauty and tranquility of the island. I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents.

This property is just a few hundred steps to one of the best beaches in South Carolina. The unit is small for just four people but the location is what it's all about. You are in the center of the island. It is a happy place and you don't want to leave.
