The condo was lovely. I felt safe inside the gated community. Plenty of shopping on the 101. Walking park close by. Very enjoyable.

Hi! We are Kevin & Lia Curtis,
We are originally from the Midwest but have spent many years traveling the U.S on travel-nurse assignments. In search of warmer weather during the winter months we came to Scottsdale on an assignment and fell in love. Our property is within walking distance to Chaparral Lake and minutes away from hiking, shops, top-tier restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. Having seen our fair share of hotels and home rentals, as a host we cannot wait to show our fellow travelers the same great hospitality that we have had.

Why they chose this property

This property was designed and appointed by a former travel nurse with a travel nurse and snowbird mentality in mind. We are fully aware of the complexities involved in long term rentals and have now been on both sides of that experience. We hope our insight into these complexities will provide a level of comfort and value our guests will appreciate.

What makes this property unique

Chaparral Park is in walking /cycling distance and is a wonderful location to rest, picnic, fish, walk the path or simply relax. And honestly, the location is outstanding. We are near just about anything a guest might want to enjoy. A true gem of Scottsdale.
