The space
Villa 1 offers activities for the whole family to enjoy. Whether you’re looking for watersport adventures or to explore the city of Fort Lauderdale. 
Inside living space sleeps 6 with queen size bed in the master bedrooms, and 2 full-size beds in the second bedroom (twin-size bed available upon request for a 7th guest). Both bedrooms offer walk-in closets and newly renovated bathrooms that provide a spa-like feel. Access to washer and dryer available inside the unit to use during your stay. Open concept freshly painted kitchen and living space comfortably furnished geared with a large smart TV. High-speed internet is included to allow working from Villa 1 an ease
Outdoor front terras provides an umbrella for shade and a patio table for nice outdoor relaxation sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. Water sport activates include 24/7 access to 2 large-sized paddleboards. 
Villa 1 is located on a triplex lot. Although Villa 1 is offered for private-bookings, the option to rent Villa 1 and 2 separately and bundled is available. Contact us for information on renting the entire property to accommodate large groups (3 unit, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom – sleeps 12). 
Bookings include assistance with boating, jet ski, and other attraction rentals. 
Guest access
Guests will have access to the driveway, front parking, outdoor front patio with seating. The property is located next to the Colohatchee Boat Ramp where you'll have easy access to take out the paddleboards.
Other things to note
Villa is a non-smoking home. Smoking is only allowed outside. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. There is a $500 fee if any evidence of smoke is found inside the home.
There is a $75 per visit pet fee. All pets must be approved by the homeowner.
The Villa Fort Lauderdale has taken extra caution to deep clean between guests, with special attention to high touch areas. Our home is clean, sanitized, and disinfected to help keep you safe.
