It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted kitchenette, with a balcony and with a parking lot. It's located on the 3rd floor of a recent residence. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A separate kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates...
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a view on the sea
- Two bedrooms with 4 single beds

- A balcony of 4 m² equipped with table and chairs to have breakfast while contemplating the sea

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment, a stone's throw from the town centre, opposite a port. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, nautical centres...

Activities :
You will have a wide choice of sports, water sports and cultural activities. On the port, near the customs paths, the nautical centre, the beach clubs for children

Transport :
- If you decide to come by car, you can park in the public car park just opposite the residence.
- Nearest train station : SNCF train station and bus station at 33.7 km (about 48 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport : Pleurtuit-Dinard airport at 28 km (about 37 minutes by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
