In the foothills of the Smoky Mountains lies Laurel Crest, a wild life escapade surrounded by mountain views and beautiful landscapes. A relaxing sanctuary, this is a great place to bond with family and friends while reconnecting with nature.

Approximately 484 square feet, this spacious One- Bedroom Standard Villa features 1 Queen Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV , Coffee Maker, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, and Refrigerator.

Please Note Laurel Crest Resort Has A Shared Laundry Space, this is available for all guests.

After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Laurel Crest is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 36 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Security will have the room keys. Check-in the following day at the front desk.

Looks can be deceiving

So this place seems like a diamond in the rough upon first glance but it ultimately is far from it. First off I needed to shift my reservation by one day (not remove any days from the stay) and they wanted to charge me what I already paid and then some to do so. The responses I received were generic BS which shows me they don’t care. So then we get to the property and upon check I end up standing there with no direction of who to talk to or where to go. Finally I check in and that was all normal and then you go to someone else to get your parking pass and that is when you realize where you are. It is a time share trap where they want to ask you a bunch of questions and for you to commit to going on one of their tours one morning. Finally we get done their which took almost 30 minutes. All the amenities are MUCH smaller and not nearly as nice as what they show online. The condo was merely ok. The floors were warped and one spot seemed like the floor joist needed to be replaced. The microwave seemed like it could fall at any moment because they didn’t use washers when mounting it to the cabinet above. Just very sub par. There is NO circulation at all in the unit so we had to go buy a fan because of how stuffy it was. We will not stay here again. Spend a little extra and get a cabin or stay somewhere else.
