Beautiful View, Free Valet (first come, 1st serve) We are excited to offer our guests the Signature MGM condo-hotel! Access to all amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool, Wet Republic Etc. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, offers huge rooms at great prices! The Property connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Delights Cafe in Tower 2 is your spot for breakfast

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, dishwasher, entertainment center including a flat screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

Please Note: There is wait time during check in, arrive early.

Nice property but needs updates

The property is very nice and we enjoyed the amenities. The room was in desperate need of updating. The carpet, couch, and chair were very stained. The location was very nice. It is close to the strip but still quiet and peaceful.

Double Billed with No Replies to my Inquiries

Condo is nice, check-in was a little chaotic. Valet parking filled quickly and we had to use the MGM garage, a 1/2 mile walk away (yes, we measured the walking distance). I was DOUBLE BILLED for the condo, and three weeks later am STILL WAITING for the condo owner to reply to my messages. Submitted a complaint with documentation to VRBO and am STILL WAITING for resolution.

Great location

We had a great stay. It was in a good location, valet service and gated. The room had a wonderful jacuzzi tub which was great after a day of walking. I would definitely recommend.

Relaxing

Property was clean and convenient. Walking distance to the strip and plenty to do on the Property. Staff was very professional and our pet dog enjoyed his stay also. Would definitely come back again.
