Simple et pratique à proximité des remparts

Les +: - Communication facile et sympathique avec la propriétaire. - Logement pratique et fonctionnel, à deux pas des remparts, hyper simple d'accès depuis la gare. - Cuisine fonctionnelle, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. - Superette avec très bons fruits juste en bas, boulangerie, pharmacie... - Terrasse très au calme et agréable lorsqu'il ne fait pas trop chaud. - Clim opérationnelle et appréciée les jours de canicule. Les -: - L'appart lui-même est propre, mais l'immeuble est en mauvais état. Forte odeur d'humidité et qq insectes pas super clean dans les parties communes... - Pas de wifi ds l'appart - L'une des chambres n'est séparée du salon que par un rideau, donc lumière dès les premières heures du jour et pas d'isolation phonique avec le salon.
