Our home sits atop one of the highest points in Fairfield Bay with views reaching for at least 25 miles. Drink your morning coffee & relax on the deck, looking out over the tree shaded yard or walk a few steps to Fairfield Bay Resort’s Bay View Pool & Cool Pool Cafe. The Recreation Center, tennis and pickleball courts are also right out our backdoor.

Great view of the Lake
The home interior was clean and inviting but the deck when we arrived was full of small branches, leaves, etc. The deck is not safe as there are many boards which are rotting

EXPERIENCE
tHE VIEW WAS AMAZING. THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN WITH PLENTY OF ROOM. WE SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME ON THE DECK WITH A GREAT BREEZE. MASTER BEDROOM WAS ROOMY.

Great Home with a fantastic view!
My family and I had a great time at our stay. This is a nice and quiet location, but it is close to the pool for the kids and just a short drive to the marina, hiking trails, and other things to do in the community. I highly recommend!

I came down to Fairfield Bay from my home in Minnesota for the first time in 2020 with family who has been coming for 40+ years. I don't know what took me so long, but that short weekend I fell in love with the area and bought this home after 48 short hours in the Bay:)

Why they chose this property

Fantastic view of the lake and a large yard to enjoy the view. 2 minute walk to tennis and pickle ball courts and another 2 minutes to Cool Pool. The home has been redone and easy 1 floor living 1700 sq feet, with all new appliances. Come visit !!
