About this property

Location, Comfort, Beauty - House with private yard, 1/2 block to Wascana Park

This is a cute and colorful 2 bedroom home, fully furnished and ready to offer comfort. The Living room has a couch and 2 accent chairs. It has a TV, and Firestick for Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc. in an entertainment cabinet. Dining Table seats 4, and there are lots of dishes for entertaining or just having great meals. The Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. and we have also left spices and condiments for cooking and baking. There is a Queen and Double bed in the 2 bedrooms. There is a separate Basement suite and the 2 suites share a Laundry room downstairs. The yard is fenced except for the entry between the garage and house. If you bring a dog you will need to keep it leashed or watch it. The house is 1/2 block from Wascana Park with walking and biking trails and skiing in the winter. It is a 5 min drive to the General Hospital, 7 min to the University, Wascana Hospital, the Legislature, or downtown. It is a safe older neighbourhood with huge trees and big yards.

Didn't. Couldn't open the door. House stunk mold/mildrew. Flies/bugs. Dust. Hair in the beds, stains on the pillowcases. Back yard and front yard covered in wet leaves. No front door outside light. Almost fell down the stairs. Door separating the 2 units didn't lock. My sister who joined me on the trip has COPD and almost ended up in the hospital because of the mold/mildrew. Arrived at midnight and left at 5:30. I am expecting a full refund - both from the host and from VRBO. Please let me know when the $200 has been processed. Thanks
