The house has two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, so you can rest peacefully, while the second bedroom has single beds, perfect for children. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, so you can accommodate a couple of friends more.

In addition, you will have air conditioning and heating in all rooms, so you can adapt the temperature to your needs at any time of the year. If you want to enjoy the beach to the fullest, we provide you with a beach umbrella and chairs so that you only worry about enjoying.

And best of all, the urbanization has two spectacular adult and children's swimming pools surrounded by lush tropical gardens! Imagine enjoying a refreshing swim while listening to the sound of birds and wind in the trees.

Fantastic apartment and location

We had the pleasure of staying for 9 weeks in this great apartment and having the benefit of your own private garden with the pool just outside the the gate. The owner was always very accommodating. The location where it was situated was a short distance to the beach were we walked our dogs regularly. The pubs/restaurants were fairly local and the staff were always friendly. There are many local markets open 7 days a week in various locations so we never got bored of shopping or eating out. We have already booked up for the same time next year.

Erholsamen Langzeiturlaub gemacht

Die Kommunikation mit Alvaro war ausgezeichnet. Der Check-in klappte problemlos. Wir bekamen ausführliche Informationen über WhatsApp. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. In dem Apartment haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön hell und freundlich und man hat dort alles was man braucht. Wir waren im Jan./Febr. dort. Da war alles sehr ruhig. Auf Terrasse und Garten kommt zu dieser Jahreszeit allerdings keine Sonne. Man findet in der Anlage jedoch überall Bänke um sich mal in die Sonne zu setzen oder setzt sich mit dem Stuhl einfach vor dem Garten auf den Weg. Da wir fast alleine dort waren konnten ganz ungezwungen dort agieren. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit und haben eine wunderbare entspannte Zeit genossen.Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang bis zum Meer mit schönen Spazierwegen am Meer entlang und einer schönen Promenade. Nach kurzen Autofahrten kann man auch sehr schöne Wanderwege entdecken. Ein schöner Ort für einen richtig guten Urlaub.

Muy recomendable

Apartamento a 5 minutos andando de la playa. Cuenta con vacías piscinas en la urbanización, una de ellas justo nada más salir del patio privado de la vivienda. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. Además, Álvaro, el propietario, ha estado muy atento en todo momento a lo que necesitasemos.
