The property was reasonably clean. The area around the small pool needed to be cleaned. Only took one snake for me to stay inside.

Great place

Good relationship with owners. Free cable. Spacious..walk in shower. Office and screened in porch. Patio is an oasis, surrounded by tropical plants. Shaded trellis with table/ chairs..Great place to get some sun and small pool to cool yourself off.

Quiet, clean and convenient

Simple and clean, with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed and a pretty double-sided fireplace. Minutes to Tarpon Springs, Caladesi Island and everything else we wanted to see and do. The only drawback I experienced was that I did not realize that the property is only half the house, so it was small. It was all we needed, though, and in a pleasant “old Florida” neighborhood, with a pretty yard. We enjoyed our vacation and our stay here.
