Easy walk to stadium, campus, downtown. Plenty of off-street parking -- up to 3 vehicles that can easily enter and exit without playing "musical cars"!

Open, airy, well-lit 2-story living area. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with landscaped front and brand-new covered deck in back with TV, ceiling fan and fire table.

NEW carpeting upstairs! Newly added drawer storage in closets!

Accommodates up to six adults, with 2 king beds and 2 twins. First floor master suite.

This house has it all! It's stocked with high-end amenities, including premium bed linens and towels, TVs everywhere (living room, all bedrooms, back deck), Bose soundbars, premium sports channels, HBO Max, ceiling fans, rain head showers, jet tub, extra refrigerator, full set of cookware (and cookbooks!), and much, much more! We're striving to make this the most comfortable, luxurious, fun, and convenient game day house available at the price!

Entertain small groups on the back deck before and after the game. Gas fire table with comfortable seating. Gas grill. Cornhole set.

No pets!

The owners live a few blocks away and are available to help you have the best visit possible! Need something that's not in the house? Just let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you. The house has a neutral decor, so it's great for both Bama fans and those from opposing teams. Also great if you're looking for a place to stay in the area to attend a special event, explore, or help your Bama student(s) move in/out.

The owners are experienced travelers (business and leisure) and know that staying in a place that feels like home (or better!) is one of the best luxuries in life. We're available to help you with any aspect of your stay, including recommendations for local restaurants and places to see. We're also proud parents of two University of Alabama students and are more than happy to share our knowledge of the University and how best to navigate move-in/out, game days, special events and more. Home Away From Home

Great Game Day House!

We had a wonderful/easy experience from the booking months ago to our actual stay. The house is just perfect-decorated so cute and well stocked…and the owners were gracious and attentive. We will be back! Roll Tide!

Absolute Perfection

This property is truly perfect and the host’s attention to detail is incredible! The home was spotless and beautiful with every amenity one could want when visiting children in college. We loved our stay and look forward to returning to this lovely home in the most amazing location to campus!!

Better than advertised

This place was better than advertised. The hosts, Brian and Anndria gave us great instructions and were friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with. Besides an awesome location (we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go near campus, but still had ample parking to come back to if we wanted to drive), the place was better than advertised: fresh, new, and as clean as could be. The towels and linens were new and plush. We all slept better than we do at our own homes. Check in and out couldn't have been easier, and we can't wait to come back.

Awesome house!

If you are looking to visit UA for any reason this is the house to rent! It is within walking distance to everything and feels like home. The house has everything you will need and more. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay special. Very highly recommend!!!

We're Bama parents who moved to Tuscaloosa in 2019 to be closer to family and live in a lively college town. Our careers and travels have taken us to almost every state in the U.S. and to more than 15 different countries. We've stayed in A LOT of hotels, VRBOs, Airbnbs and other accommodations, so we have a pretty good idea of what discerning travelers are looking for. This is our first rental property but we hope it won't be our last.

Why they chose this property

We chose this house over several others near campus mostly because it was newer (built in 2013), in great shape, used only as a game day house by the previous owners and is a very short walk to the university. It gets plenty of natural light and has a comfortable and peaceful vibe. The street is one-way and runs only two blocks, so there isn't much traffic.

What makes this property unique

The surrounding neighborhood is a mix of long-term residents and students. If you want to be in the middle of what's happening at Bama, but also want some peace and quiet, this is the place to be! It's one of only a few newer homes in the area (there are a TON of condos), and has a first-floor master suite (for anyone who has difficulty using stairs).
