Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium offers excellent single story living at the beach, including the living room, dining area, den, full bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Great for preparing a meal or a quick snack, this coastal getaway's well-equipped kitchen is home to a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs (3 are Smart TVs & Netflix capable, with guest's own account), 2 DVDs, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). At Least the TV Was New

It was a nicely located unit right on the beach. However nothing, except the fake wood laminate flooring, had been upgraded since it was built. It felt tired and well worn. The kitchen sink faucet is on its last legs. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans and kitchen appliances. But there were no spices, salt, pepper, ziplock bags, trash bags, aluminum foil or Saran Wrap. The cleaning was poor, the glass coffee table top was dirty and upside down, the bottom bedsheets were inside out, bedspread on sideways, and with there were no extra pillow cases. Haphazard job. A solid three stars out of five.

Unit is great, vacasa experience was awful

The unit is great, second yr in a row we stayed there. Unfortunately Vacasa has been awful. When we arrived the unit was not clean and the beds were not made as they were supposed to be, there were sheets in bags but none that fit the king bed. No one at Vacasa customer service could tell us when we would get the right sheets, so our first night was spent waiting late hoping someone would bring us something so we could go to bed. I was also told I'd get a call from the property manager that I never got and emailing the customer service never got any response for over a week now. Unit was not cleaned, so we asked for someone to deliver Windex so that we could do it ourselves. Someone arrived a couple days later with dish soap and then said it was our fault we asked for the wrong thing. Really just terrible experience with Vacasa making us wonder if we can stay here again.
