About this property

Comfy little first floor studio in Shores of Panama Resort. Walk out of the back door to the pool and private to the resort beach access. There are both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach shops, groceries, etc...
The unit has been newly painted and refurbished.
After each stay, in addition to regular cleaning of the unit, it is professionally disinfected with industrial grade disinfectant that kills any virus in order to prevent the spread of covid.

The space
This unit has a full kitchen, full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, utensils, dishes, etc. There is one, full private bathroom with tub/shower. A king bed and an additional queen sleeper sofa and as well as an over/under washing machine/dryer.

The resort features a gorgeous lagoon pool with zero entry access to anyone not staying on the resort, dolphin fountains, two lagoon bridges over the pool, waterfalls, two Tiki bars, a large gulf-front Jacuzzi, indoor heated pool and indoor Jacuzzi, brand new fitness center, kids activity area and poolside entertainment (seasonal).

Our new favorite spot!

I stayed here with my two daughters and their friend. It was perfect for the four of us. The bed was huge! So was the pull out sofa bed. It’s a super private location on the first floor closest to the beach and pool. Close to the parking deck with a super close parking spot. Hot shower worked great! Best part… no elevators! This will be our go to spot from now on.

Great

My husband and I rented this property for our honeymoon. It was a bit small but perfect for us. We could literally walk out our back door and be at the beach. There were a few problems but the property host Justin was amazing he answered text right away and was very nice courteous and professional. I would suggest bringing a blanket as the one on the bed is thin. We will be staying again. I highly recommend.

Disappointing

Property management did not communicate to us the check-in procedure with information on room number and door code. Had to ask for everything that should have been supplied I.e. parking pass, room door code, paper towels,etc… Room had maintenance issues. (Base boards on the floor, bathroom cabinet doors broke, chairs broke, air conditioning not cooling room enough). Had to wait more than an hour for housekeeping to clean room on our arrival. ( After driving 10+ hours). Very un professional service will not stay again.

This unit has a personality almost. I (Justin) started managing it for an older lady that I knew whose husband passed. I was already in the business and had been providing just the cleaning services for them for a while. And when she called me she was woefully bewildered saying that her husband used to do "all of this stuff" and she didn't know what she was doing and could I maybe help her. Well. What monster could say no to that? So for the last seven years or so I've done everything I can to help her, and I don't her to ever hear any bad things, so please if you see something that you don't like, Call me directly at 850-381-3251 I will see to it immediately.
