I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 28 square meter apartment in the heart of the 20th arrondissement, located on the ground floor and ready to accommodate three people.
The district is dynamic, served by common transport, accessible to the city center and close to bars, restaurants, shops and emblematic sites.

## Logement
My apartment has been refurbished, overlooks two different courtyards which are safe and quiet and is perfectly suited for a tourist vacation.
It is composed of two rooms which include a bedroom with a double bed, an open bathroom and an office area; a fully equipped kitchen; a dining room and a living room with a sofa bed.
To ensure that your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Fan, Bed linen, Towel, Oven, Iron. It should be noted that you can have lunch in one of the courtyards. Moreover, a garden table will be installed.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
Generally, the whole contributes to creating a vibrant, lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafes-theaters. There are all kinds of atmospheres, from punk rock to ethnic music, notably around Bagnolet to the south of the cemetery and Ménilmontant, around the butte and the avenue of the same name.
The main tourist attraction of the neighbourhood is the Père Lachaise Cemetery.
