The accommodation consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a 100 m² garden. The accommodation
Located on the ground floor, the flat is as follows:

Day area:
- Living room furnished with two sofas, an armchair, TV, dining table.
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and private bathroom with Italian shower.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
- Bedroom 4: children's bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2).
- Bathroom with Italian shower, WC, washing machine.

Outside :
- Private garden of 100 m² facing south, with terrace of 20 m² fitted with garden furniture, dining table, brazier and deck chairs.
- Small terrace at the back of the house, accessible from the kitchen, fitted with garden furniture to have breakfast in the morning, or an aperitif in the evening!

As the flat is on a private road, you will be able to take advantage of the surrounding calm and the clear view of the countryside, the church of Meschers and the sea in the distance.
