Awesome house and location

This was an amazing family trip and the house was great! Clean and spacious. Perfect location to walk to the beach and the shops! Owners were very friendly and check-in and out was so easy!!! The pool area is a must for every beach trip now! I highly recommend the Tipsy Pelican!

Great location & beautiful home!

The house was very nice and equipped with so many essentials, especially in the kitchen! So many restaurants/shops were within walking distance. Having the beach access across the street was great. The owner Mike was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Fantastic property and host

My first impression was that the house was very clean!! My family is pretty picky about cleanliness in the places we stay, and the Tipsy Pelican was spotless! The best part about it, however, was the host. I had questions shortly after I booked the property, and Mike responded promptly. Additionally, there were two occasions where we had to contact him while we were staying there, and he responded immediately. Trips can be destroyed by choosing the wrong place to stay, but this was one of the most enjoyable vacations my family has had in a while!! We will definitely stay there again if we return.

Best Family vacation spot!

My family had one of our best vacations ever at the Tipsy Pelican. From the moment we walked in, the home was so clean and bright! Very comfortable, decorated cute and had everything we needed. The grocery store is very close. Walk across the road to the ice cream shop (my grandkids went E V E R Y night). Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The house sits directly across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. Everything was easy and fun and when we got home, my granddaughter looked at me and said "Thank you for the best beach trip ever!" Mike the owner was great! He checked on us a few times and was quick to respond. We will definitely come back to the Tipsy Pelican.
