For your comfort, this apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays ( 30 nights minimum)

The accommodation:
Well-equipped, Méli Mélo is on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase. Right in the heart of the Chartrons district, you'll enjoy every comfort for an unforgettable stay.
An enclosed, private parking space completes this property. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, Le Méli Mélo offers absolute peace and quiet.

Just a few steps from shops, restaurants and the tramway, it offers you the following features:
- A beautiful living room with exposed beams and high ceilings, featuring a large sofa and dining table,
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, traditional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and numerous kitchen utensils,
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate toilet,
First floor:
- A large attic bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
- A study
- A dressing room

For your convenience, you'll also find an iron and ironing board, as well as a dishwasher.

- Quality sheets, towels, tea towels and a few coffee capsules are provided, and your bed is made up on arrival.
- Of course, Wifi is available and free!
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
