On the third floor with elevator of a quality condominium, you will be seduced by its layout and decoration. It is arranged as follows :

The Cocoonr Agency
L'Echappée Belle accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present you the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. To start your stay, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighborhood and transportation
Ideally located, you will be able to enjoy the Talensac market, the flea markets of the Viarme square and the hyper center which is only 2 minutes away by foot! To reach our famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the Versailles island on the Erdre river, a 7 minutes walk will be enough. If however you have a preference for public transport, the tramway stop "50 otages" is 2 minutes away.
You can also opt for the self-service bicycles called "Bicloos"!
For the airport, a shuttle is available from "Commerce" (2 min from the apartment), it takes about twenty minutes.
Many shops are nearby but also excellent restaurants in a very popular area !
