Wonderful stay

This apartment more than delivered on our expectations. Modern, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable beds, up to date kitchen, and beautiful decor. Loved the location. Grocery store across the street, great cafes and Old Town as well as the Port neighborhood within walking distance. Quiet at night, felt very safe. Elevator, balconies and washer/dryer were wonderful extras.

My husband, two teenage daughters, and I had a great stay for 3 nights. A few considerations: Location: This was ideal for us as it was not the center of the Old City but only a couple blocks away. Everything was really close plus there was the added benefit of the locals and local shops (Cafe Bookstore, Craft Beer, Cafe, Grocery Store, etc). Home: "Home" - enough cannot be said for the feeling of welcome and warmth. The home was ideal for relaxing, eating in, and spending time together with the classy decor, comfortable beds, warm comforters, kitchen and dining room sitting areas, and all the cooking pans and plates/utensils, etc. We also appreciated the space - multiple rooms for each individual to relax together or alone, and two balconies. Pictures reflect actual home. Hosts: Excellent communications! Responsive and helpful. The app with details about the apartment was great, especially the information on the parking garages, recommended restaurants, etc. When hosts realized we were driving, they texted the address to the closest garage. Appreciated the texts and the app! Check-In/Check-Out: Incredibly efficient and easy check-in! The hosts provided the information to access the apartment and the access was available on that BLOCK (no going across town!). Check-out instructions were simple and as expected. Overall: Great stay in Nice in this home.

Excellent séjour dans un très agréable appartement

Magnifique appartement juste rénové tout proche de la vieille ville et des commerces. Magnifique décoration, propreté, pas de bruit. 2 chambres 2 salles de bains, grand séjour et cuisine très bien aménagée. Très sympathique accueil par Boris, Juste parfait, nous reviendrons.
