It comfortably sleeps 11 with a King bed in each of the three bedrooms, plus a Queen Size Murphy bed, twin over full bunk bed in the 4th bedroom with a Nintendo Wii, 2 games and 2 controllers.

Interior appointments include a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the living room, 4 DVD players, full-size washer and dryer, gulf front balcony with 2 zero gravity lounge chairs, and Egyptian Cotton linens.

Great area!

Thus property was amazing and so spacious! Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. We absolutely loved it here and will be back.

Perfect!

This was a perfect unit for our family of 11. 6 adults plus 5 kids. There is so much storage and closet space to hide luggage. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils needed, the crock pot was a nice surprise. I’d book this again for a large group in a heart beat.

CONS: * Upon arrival the condo has not been cleaned. I called the owner, his cleaning crew came, It took about 2-21/2 hours to finish, which made it about 9:30pm before we could check in. This delay after driving 10 hours with 3 kids, it made for an inconvenient start. ** Additionally there was no compensation for inconvenience, esp since we had a grocery pickup that had to be rescheduled. * The carpet in all three bedrooms is dirty, stained and pulling away from the floor. * One of the tub spouts was not tight, and moved up and down when you turn the water on to take a bath. * The living room blinds had a piece broken on two blinds, allowing neighbors to see in. * The online listing did not specify if chairs or umbrellas were available, so we bought ours. * The online listing states parking is available, It does NOT inform you there is a $40.00 charge PER VEHICLE to park during your stay. PROS: * The location and beach access was great! * The infinity pool was awesome * The shopping and eating was fabulous * The traffic was very light. * The beach was not overly crowded. OVERALL: The location, weather and beach was prefect!! We will definitely plan another return to Orange Beach..

We will be back!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room. The location was second to none—seconds to the beach, close to restaurants, easy to get to. Communication with Jody was easy and always prompt. She even gave us an early check in so our toddler could nap! We will be booking this condo again, and can’t wait!

We were given the wrong code but someone was coming in the same time we did and we got the correct code. Place was a little dirty and pillows were too fluffy but overall I still give it a 4 star
