Peaceful Country Hideaway- Pet friendly!

Quite Country getaway on 3 acres close to lake Texoma & Choctaw Casino.
You will have full access to all outside space the downstairs unit has a private fenced in the back yard as well. This is a multiunit property so you may have a neighbor above you, so we just ask that your aware of this and to please respect your neighbor when it comes to the noise level. Both units do have separate entrances.
Large TVs in all rooms 65 inch in the living room. A quite and peaceful retreat.. a great place for a walk or bike ride or sit and watch the wildlife.. Don't forget the burgers for the grill... we have a great space for outdoor grilling, we provide the grill. Take a short trip to downtown Denison, food & shopping many specialty boutiques. We do have some bikes that you are welcome to use. We have plenty of parking on the property
We are available if you need us 24/7. We offer a flexible self- check-in. You will be provided a private access code before check-in.

Awesome owner, very flexible

Great property- but even greater owner. We had a couple hiccups here and there and not only did she take care of it, she even refunded $75 for my inconvenience! Jennifer is great. Also- they have really good internet, too. On wired its up to 900 megabits, and even on WiFi it is 200-500. My only suggestion would be to change the WiFi password to something memorable like TexasLakeVacation or similar

Beautiful Property

My husband and I wanted a family vacation and get-away with our two sons, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren after finally being fully vaccinated. I have to say that the online pictures don't do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful inside and the enclosed backyard was great for our two family dogs. There was ample sleeping room for all 7 of us and both bathrooms had a rain head shower spout, one much larger than the other. Kitchen staples were readily available (seasonings and coffee) and lots of dishes to enjoy family meals on. The pontoon boat had ample seating for all of us and allowed us another great way to explore and swim in Lake Texoma. I highly recommend Island View Park, which is a short 25 minute drive from the house and has sandy beaches, picnic areas, and kayak or paddle board rentals. Lots of fun for the kids and dogs to spend a day at soaking up the rays and keeping cool in the water. In fact the house is just far enough in off of the main roads that it feels like your in the country, but also close to many attractions, grocery stores, and tackle shops, etc. when you need to get out and shop or explore. Thank you for sharing your house with us Jennifer and Jim. It was a pleasant experience and we had a great time!

Near the Lake House

Great interior. Just enough room for my extended immediate family (5 of us). Great for the pups also. Had a great dog run back yard attached to the lower unit that we stayed in. However, the upstairs neighbors decided to have friends over during our stay to all hours of the night. Besides that, loved that they had the optional boat rental at a discount. I would stay again. Boat was clean and well taken care of for the kiddos.
